The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the Provisional Seat Allotment Result for NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 3 (the Mop-Up Round) for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and various central institutions.

Steps to Download Your Allotment Letter:

  1. Visit the official MCC website: mcc.nic.in
  2. Click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ tab.
  3. Look for the link titled “Provisional Result for Round 3 of UG Counselling 2025” or the “Final Seat Allotment Result” link (once updated).
  4. Log in using your NEET Roll Number and Password/Registration Details.
  5. View your allotted college and course.
  6. Download and print your Allotment Letter. This letter is mandatory for the physical reporting process.

⚠️ Urgent Action: Grievances and Final Result Timeline

The result announced on October 22, 2025, is provisional. Candidates must note the following:

  • Grievance Submission: Any discrepancy in the provisional result must be reported immediately to the MCC via email at mccresultquery@gmail.com. The deadline to submit grievances is extremely short (check the official notice for the precise time, which was previously set for October 23, 2025, 11 AM).
  • Final Result Declaration: The MCC will process the objections and then release the Final Seat Allotment Result, expected later today, October 23, 2025. All subsequent admission steps are based on this final list.

Mandatory Rules for Round 3 Allotment

  1. Joining is Final: If you are allotted a seat in Round 3 and you join the college, your admission is final. You cannot resign, and you will be ineligible to participate in any further rounds of MCC Counselling, including the Online Stray Vacancy Round.
  2. Exit with Forfeiture: If you are allotted a seat but do not report to the institute, your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will be ineligible to participate in the subsequent Stray Vacancy Round.

Candidates must carry the original documents along with one set of self-attested copies to the allotted Medical/Dental College.

  1. MCC Final Allotment Letter (Round 3)
  2. NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
  3. NEET UG 2025 Rank Letter/Score Card
  4. Class 10th Certificate (as proof of Date of Birth)
  5. Class 12th Certificate and Mark Sheet
  6. Eight (8) Passport size photographs (must be the same as uploaded on the NEET Application Form)
  7. Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License/Passport)
  8. Caste Certificate (if applicable: SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS)
  9. PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Provisional Allotment Letter from earlier rounds (if upgraded)
  11. Proof of payment of all required fees (Registration and Tuition Fees).

🎯 What Happens After Round 3?

If seats remain vacant after the Round 3 joining process is complete, the MCC will conduct the Online Stray Vacancy Round.

  • Eligibility for Stray Vacancy: Only candidates who are not holding any seat from Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3 will be eligible to register and participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Forfeited Candidates: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 but did not join (forfeited their security deposit) are not eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.
